Neighbourhood 13 is a story of Juuzou, he was tortured by his classmates in elementary school. Years later, he finds himself working with one of his former bullies, a man named Akai, who has moved into the apartment above his. As time progresses, Juuzou's revengeful alter-ego takes over and he becomes a psychopathic killer.



This popular & bloody manga by Santa Inoue was adapted to a live-action movie in 2005. The author allowed his work to be adapted after resisting for ten years, he was also the film scriptwriter.
Hot Toys & How2Work came together to produce a 1/6 Neighbourhood 13 figure in the early 2000's.

The Parco Gardenergala box set features an art book with full size reproduction photographs of all 101 Gardeners & a 6" Maxx. The box set comes in a custom hard plastic case with an embossed Maxx on the front, an actual 6" Maxx and a CD-ROM with short animated movies of the Gardeners and an interview of Michael Lau by Tokyo Tribe creator Santa Innoue. Maxx comes with a fabric sweat arm band. All his chains necklace & ear rings are made of metal.

Sam Lee: Enjoy Life. Produce in 2003 by Hot Toys X Eric So. I picked this up brand new at the golden days of Clark Quay flea-market. Saw it among second hand cloths & fashion accessories with a $60 "Post It". Asked the cute gal if I could have it for $50... & she said: Okay!
I have always suspected that the toy belongs to her ex-boy friend...









Sam Lee come with a very skinny body, fur hair, fur coat, skinny pants, boxer shorts with hearts, a pair of kool red Doc Martin's.












Other accessories includes a big red ruby staff, cigar, a glass of red wine & a diamond studded cross necklace.









The years have not been kind to Sam Lee, his skinny pants have become brittler & has began to ripped. The battery that powers Sam Lee voice can't be replace. Now one can hardly make out what he is saying. But for $50... this is the best bargain ever!
