"A Templar Knight is truly a fearless knight, and secure on every side, for his soul is protected by the armour of faith, just as his body is protected by the armour of steel. He is thus doubly armed, and need fear neither demons nor men." – Bernard de Clairvaux, c. 1135, De Laude Novae Militae - In Praise of the New Knighthood.

Playmobil 4924 Red Egg Pirate
My 1st Playmobil Easter Egg! From 2009 easter egg series.
Is a pirate & his parrot inside!
Is so nice to be out from the egg.
He wears the same top as the butler from 3021 Royal Banquet set. Maybe he was once that butler & decided to change career.
Here are some pirates tat Playmobil has been producing recently. Red seems to be the "in" colour for pirates these days.

Adventures Under The Sea
Most of the underwater shots turn out blurred. Salvaged wats half decent to form tis short scene!
Diver A, B & C: Jackpot!
Sub: Turn back! Our divers hit pay dirt!
Diver A: Over here! Over here!
Diver B: It's so @#$%^&* heavy.
Sub: Head back to the surface, we'll take care of it.
Sub: With this powerful machine arm it will be easy!
Diver A: Mayday! Mayday! Malfunction with my diving suit!
Sub: Dont worry, we got him! Opps...
...& sum misc snapshots

Ambitious But Rubbish
Fresh off the last Playmobil pool shoot, we decided to quickly do another... with bigger ships, bigger numbers, bigger crew, & even more cameras! This will be better then the previous... but the results were far from it.
Minimun of two ships per collector made up an impressive lineup
& it also resulted having three ship of the same kind...
Due to the strong winds, they finally had to be strung together...
Strong winds tipped ships with sails over easily...
capsizing the ships many times
I spend more time bailing water out of them vs getting any decent photos...
The noon heat did not help either, but cooling off was easy. However there were no solutions for pesky kids
Much was learn from this round, hopefully there will be another in the future. Now I can only hope the yet to be developed underwater film will bear some fruits.
